Our stylists have the potential to earn between $40,000 to $100,000 or more, while working just 30 hours per week. We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why our dedicated support team handles scheduling, ordering, and bookings. This way, you can enjoy true time off when you're outside of the salon, knowing that we're here to support you.

Education

At Spark Salon, your professional growth is our priority. We invest in your development by offering a variety of in-salon advanced education classes throughout the year. In addition, as a stylist at Spark, you will receive up to $500 in education dollars annually to use for classes of your choice. Your journey to excellence begins here.

Giving Back

Community involvement is a core value for our salon company. Annually, our team selects two local organizations to receive 1% of our monthly sales, allowing us to give back to our community in a heartfelt and meaningful way. Additionally, we dedicate one day each year to a hands-on give-back event in our local community. We've proudly partnered with organizations such as Magnus Veterans Foundation, Feed My Starving Children, Interfaith Outreach, and Second Harvest Heartland, making a tangible impact where it matters most.

Compensation Package

  • $15 Base Wage or Commission

  • 45-50% Commission + Tips

  • Up to 20% Retail Commission

  • Earn up to 3 weeks of paid time off working full time or part time

  • PTO pay is based on current average wages at time of payout

  • Matched 3% IRA retirement plan
