Return Policy
ALL returns & exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Used merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will receive in-store credit.
ONLINE RETURNS
On-line purchases may be returned in person to Spark Salon or mailed to the address below.
Customer must pay for return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received, we will send you an email notice.
When the refund is processed, your credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
There is often a processing time of 7-10 days before your refund is officially posted to your card.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at sparksalonstyle@gmail.com
