CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least 48 hours notice if canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services scheduled.  When scheduling an appointment after ONE no show or late cancellation we will require that you provide us with a valid credit card to secure your reservation. If you are uncomfortable leaving us a credit card we gladly welcome you on a walk in basis.


LATE / TARDY POLICY

To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes or later to another convenient time.

 

WEDDING PARTIES / GROUP BOOKINGS

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we require a three-week cancellation notice. A credit card will be required to reserve all appointments, along with a 50% deposit.  Cancellation not within the required time will result in loss of deposit. Tardiness of 15 minutes or more, may result in reduced services received. Client will be responsible for full value of service's booked. Tardiness of 1 hour or more, will be considered a "No-show" and result in loss of deposit.

All prices quoted or appearing in print are starting at and subject to change without notice.

 

GUARANTEE SERVICES

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services.  If you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact us within 5 days of your appointment so that we may schedule you to have your services adjusted free of charge.  Any issues reported longer than 5 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered an adjustment but will be assessed on a case by case basis.  We recommend if you need an adjustment to your service to see the original provider so that they can see what needed to be fixed.

If you see an independent stylist for services at Spark Salon, you will need to set up an adjustment with only the independent stylist who performed the services to receive a complimentary adjustment.

 

GUARANTEE PRODUCTS

Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using.  We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 30 days from purchase as long as at least 2/3 of the product is remaining.  All gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. All returns will be refunded with a Spark Salon gift card. No cash back or credit card refunds.  For returns from our online store click here.

As a courtesy to others Please silence your cell phones and other devices.  Do not use speaker phone, we ask for you to use headphones or text.  Thank you.
