Cancellation Policy

We ask for a 72 hour notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, due to the high demand of time for our service providers and guests. Any appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance will not incur fees. However, missed appointments or late notifications for rescheduling will result in the following fees:

Cancellation or reschedule more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No Charge

Cancellation or reschedule 48 hours before service: 25% of Service Charge

Cancellation or reschedule 24 hours before service: 50% of Service Charge

Cancellation, reschedule or No Show day of service: 75% of Service Charge

Cancellation fees will be processed using your card on file. If we are unable to process the cancellation fee, payment will be due before scheduling your next appointment.

Cancellation fees will be waived under the following circumstances:

  • If a friend or family member takes an appointment equal to the one you had originally reserved.

  • If you're showing signs of illness or have been exposed to illness. We request you be fever and symptom-free for 24 hours before rescheduling.

  • Emergency situations.


    Cancellations must be made during business hours. Any cancellations submitted while Spark Salon is closed will be considered for the next business day, and fees will apply accordingly.

    Certain specialty services (e.g., Color Correction) may require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 72 hours of service.

    A credit card is required for reservations. This policy ensures efficient use of our reservations and our associates' schedules, minimizing late-cancel or missed appointment costs, and enabling us to continue offering competitive pricing to our customers. Your credit card is not charged at the time of booking. If you choose to save your credit card information when creating your account in our scheduling system, be assured that it's securely stored via integration with a nationally accredited merchant credit card processing company. No information is stored locally on our servers.


    LATE / TARDY POLICY

    To maintain timely service for all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule any appointment that is 15 minutes or later. If your appointment needs to be moved due to lateness, a last-minute reschedule fee of 75% of the booked service will apply.

WEDDING PARTIES / GROUP BOOKINGS

As a courtesy to our staff professionals, we kindly request a three-week cancellation notice for all group bookings. A credit card, along with a 50% deposit and a signed agreement are necessary to secure reservations. Cancellation outside the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Arriving 15 minutes late may lead to a reduction in the allotted service time. The client will be responsible for the full value of the services booked for any delays of this nature.

Delays of one hour or more will be considered a 'no show' and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 

PRICING POLICY

All prices quoted or appearing in print are starting prices and subject to change without notice.

SERVICES GUARANTEE

Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, we request that you reach out to us within 5 days of your appointment. This allows us to promptly schedule a follow-up appointment to adjust your services at no extra cost.

Issues reported after 5 days from your initial appointment will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To ensure the best possible results, we recommend that you revisit your original service provider so they can assess and address any necessary adjustments firsthand.

PRODUCTS GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction extends to the products you use as well. Therefore, we happily accept returns for store credit on any product within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that at least two-thirds (2/3) of the product remains.

Please note that gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. All returns will be processed as a Spark Salon gift card; cash refunds or credit card refunds are not available.
